Montgomery Public School System's key feature is to Beat & Criminalize students especially Black Boys and Special Needs Students

Good day.   After reading the most assinine Press Release from Montgomery Public School System's Senior Communication Officer Tom Salter that the student at Jefferson Davis High School, "Moore said the school told her the injuries were caused accidentally when the guard grabbed Devonte’s arm causing him to fall into a locker." "She is trying to obtain the video of the incident, but Salter said the school will not release the video.

“We don’t release video of incidents. It’s a privacy issue. Anybody involved in the investigation will have access to them,” Salter said adding that Moore is not included as being involved in the investigation.

Both Montgomery Public Schools and Montgomery Police Department are investigating the incident, Salter said.

MPD Lt. Denise Barnes said it has been turned over to the investigations unit to determine if it was intentional or accidental."

Those of us who understand FERPA and privacy issues understands it as written however, no one from Montgomery Public School System ever asks anyone who enters their facilities or grounds for permission to be video recorded and we are.  So the privacy premise seems weak.  Technology has allowed IT Departments everywhere with the capability to blacken out the faces of those included in videos who are not a part of a raised issue.  In most other states as many of us have witnessed on national news, media, and Social Media the video recordings of students involved with Teachers,Principals, Police, and School Resource Officers where students faces were not blackened out.  Why is Montgomery Public School System continuing to uphold wrong doing within the system.  Again I ask, how many children will have to be raped, beaten, handcuffed, terrorized, criminalized before the State  of Alabama Department of Education steps in and clean house to save the children?  Each time that a rape or student beaten and or arrested happens the student is criminalized before Due Process is ever considered.  

I have read several of the comments on Facebook as I was tagged in the photo of the student, Devonte Moore, who was excessively beaten.  There is no justification to a beating when the student was already known.  The proper protocol was to write him up not chase him and beat him unto a pulp.  I don't condone skipping, disrespectful children however beating a child will not rectify any situation.  I was appalled to learn that the same Security Officer was at work the very next day.  It is just like when I had the parents to report to you all that their child(ren) were illegally stripped searched last year.  Supt Allen and Supt Bice waited and did not take immediate action.  Not until the media is alerted do the kids have some sort of partial protection until MPS hush money or threats are given to parents who want to take full action but because MPS has a marriage to MPD by way of de facto Superintendent and Mayor Todd Strange nothing happens.  

If Parents/Guardians were guaranteed that no retailiation would ensue they would do more but when you hold unpaid tickets over a Parent/Guardian's head so that he/she can not sign a warrant that is egregious and mob like.

So look at the pictures of these Black Students who are often Criminalized, beaten, handcuffed, and terrorized even before Due Process is given to them, why are we waiting to give this grown man any type of Due Process when this officer's reputation is known to beat children (allegedly and I say this because of legal reason but we know it is the Truth).  When the Spec Ed Student was beaten with a lunch box by a white teacher who has not ever been punished yet he suffers traumatic brain damage, his brother who was beaten by numerous School Resource Officers and Police given him a concussion, numerous 6th,7th,and 8th grade boys were forced to be stripped to their underwear (if they wore them) and socks last year by SRO Willie Knight, as well as most recently another Black Spec Ed male student was handcuffed by black SRO Charlie Knight while the white MPD Officer S.W. Campbell pointed a taser at him (white officer did not refute it in court) are just a few of the incidents that occur and instead of firing the SROs and MPD officers involved you all transfer them to other schools to continue to beat, brutalize, criminalize, and retailiate against students especially Black and Special Needs children.  Here are a few who still are working in Montgomery Public School System that have reputations just as bad as Officer Aarington, Officer S.W. Campbell,MPD Officer Officer Snyder, MPD Officer Officer Charlie Knight, Jr, School Resource Officer Officer Richard Johnson, Supervisor, School Resource Officer.   

I am nicely asking that this man be removed from all schools until after the investigation happens.  He needs to be arrested for child abuse because we know that if a parent sends a child to school with a mark on them DHR is called immediately and a parent/guardian is arrested until after a full investigation so what's the difference? 

Look at the picture and tell me how this child was not excessively beaten.  Look at his face and tell me he just happenstance run into a locker.  Read the comments and posts that I was tagged in with other Parents giving their accounts with this same officer and others within MPS.  It is beyond comprehension why MPS continues to allow pedophiles and child abusers work for them.  It is also hilarious each time that I make a post about MPS and their wrongdoings my Facebook page is "reported" and blocked for 30 days.  As long as the children are being violated the Truth will be posted by me or others who stand for justice.

should have been on lockdown from our own security administrators and faculty and staff members. I don't know how many times I was wrongly approached by Officer Arrington..he was always making sexual comments and gestures towards me and my friends whenever we came in contact with him in the hall. Once we even got into because I had to completely step out of character because he tried to use me not interacting with him or his behavior to not allow me to pass through the gates and caused me to be late for class. After that he threatened to have me suspended and I promised to have his job if he ever approached me again and yelled pervert at him. Anybody working there can be in denial about what goes on inside the empire but we had and still have some real perverts. My advice ladies is to stay with a group or more and out of their way so you want be a victim so many of us young ladies were suspects and many of you would argue that they felt we were approachable because we act and carry ourselves a certain way but that has nothing to do with those employed by MPS being into place for secure purposes trying to force themselves on us. He even tried to pursue one of my friends at her job. Approaching her, offering money, and making sexual comments to her. It's even more sick that teachers witness and engage in sexual relations and conversation and gestures with these creeps. But again that's none of my business. Trust that I know way more information then I'm choosing to disclose but I'll just leave it alone. Yes I am a proud graduate don't get me wrong I still love my school not everyone was out to get us and I had the best advisors, counselors, and teachers throughout my years at JD. But this was just a typical day overlooked and not taken seriously. Now a young man picture is all over the Internet and the officer I mentioned is responsible so that's what made me share this. He need to lose his job behind all of this his parents should be filing a lawsuit if they have not done so already. I'm scared for my brother to even be in JD building because he's always in trouble but I have also witnessed myself him being targeted by them for the smallest reasons sometimes. If something like this was to happen to him there would be zero understanding even if he was in the wrong he know to record and fight back.

I know MPS has already perused my page but it is a Public page,  I keep it Public so that maybe just maybe someone from out of the Bible belt States will offer some sort of help for the children.  If I had a whiteboard it wouldn't be large enough for the connections of individuals affiliated with MPS or the State DOE employees which in my opinion is why true justice is never given.  

How long will we have to wait until this man is fired or removed from the school in which the child must go?  If Devonte was a white student the entire story would be different, Officer Aarington would have been fired on the spot.

It hasn't been but 5 years since the Anthony Weiner boiling sexting scandal.  Well 5 years in the pot , hotdog! Overboiled Weiner busted again.  This time, the bun of his life (pun intended) is separating from him.  All of this is satirical but true.  Anthony Weiner resigned from Congress after the first sexting scandal went viral.  The bun of his life stood by him through it all, and he would do this again?  What is wrong with him? Spoiled packaged perhaps?  He should really seek help for his disorder.  No ketchup or mustard could cover up this scandal while others relish this Weiner situation.
 I'm going to stop right there because this Weiner has already been busted twice.  I bet comedians are like he's the gift that keeps on giving.  Weiner needs to find something else to do other than keep getting himself in hot water.


"When I saw the Weiner confession I said,"Hot Dog" he's lying.  He couldn't even 'link' his story together.  I used to love watching him rant and rave and his antics in the House however, this is just embarrassing to his wife and family.  I apologize to them on behalf of all deli meats and jerks all over the world. Watching him at this press conference reminded me of an episode of the Simpson where he was impersonating Mr. Burns.  Seriously, when will our elected officials understand that they cannot use their title for sex or sex acts?  They threw Charlie Wrangle under the bus and censured him for ethics violation.  I hope that Weiner resigns, which is the only appropriate thing to do.  I must admit, I was a fan not on Twitter or Facebook only on CSPAN and other news media however, he orchestrated a scapegoat story that could have had some innocent person to blame.     Out politicians must start completing ethics courses with supplemental readings: Tweeting for Dummies, Facebook for Dummies.."

You want to know what Resegregation looks like in 2014 or the New Jim Crow? It looks like Supt. Margaret Allen and the entire MPS Board of Education. LAMP is going to the Montgomery Mall. Remember MPS didn't have enough money to move, you know when Supt. Margaret Allen said that. Well hey they have mysteriously found the funds. I hear now the funds were given by Trenholm State Technical College (allegedly) and they needed some others to "front" the dollars so yall wouldn't know. CAN YOU CONNECT THE DOTS PLEASE. It's amazing though how we have a majority Black Board and Black Superintendent and they are the ones who continue to disinfranchise Black Children. If they are NOT going to provide quality education and quality buildings, supplies, and resources to all children then they Should NOT do it for some. It's called Equality and Fairness. Let me just show you how they are resegregating. LAMP is on the Civil Rights Trail high ranking school in the nation all that is good but heyyyyy why not keep it there so people who are visiting know this. Mayor McRevenue and others pimp the trail on everything else but it's not good enough for the White & Asian kids to stay. While other schools can't get School Patrol, Left Turn Signal lights, Books, Supplies they will go further in debt to make it happen for Mayor McRevenue. I didn't think Margaret Allen would turn out to be a "do girl" but have mercy she is about as bad as Babs, excuse me fmr Supt. Thompson. The cycle of stupidity continues and the children are the ones who suffer. Why not bring Torch Bearer Schools programs to MPS Margaret Allen? It's a dirty shame but I guarantee after they move LAMP into the Montgomery Mall you are toast. If no one has told you today Slavery ended a good while back so you don't have to follow Mayor McMassa's rules, you actually free. That;s why I say come Nov 4th Vote for Deena Weston to replace Robert Porterfield. All Board Members and Supt need to be replaced, you never leave residue when you cleaning house

Impeach Judge Mark Fuller

U.S. District Judge Mark Fuller, who presides in the Middle District of Alabama, has walked away from a domestic violence case with a plea deal that avoids jail time and could expunge the case from his record. He might even be able to return to the bench. For life.  How can he serve as and fairly arbitrate, advise, adjudicate, or administer justice in a court of law when he has violated the law and no fair and equal justice has been served to him?  This is a direct insult to the Code of Conduct for United States Judges in particular :CANON 1: A JUDGE SHOULD UPHOLD THE INTEGRITY AND INDEPENDENCE OF THE JUDICIARY

 

An independent and honorable judiciary is indispensable to justice in our society. A judge should maintain and enforce high standards of conduct and should personally observe those standards, so that the integrity and independence of the judiciary may be preserved. The provisions of this Code should be construed and applied to further that objective.

• CANON 2: A JUDGE SHOULD AVOID IMPROPRIETY AND THE APPEARANCE OF IMPROPRIETY IN ALL ACTIVITIES

1. (A) Respect for Law. A judge should respect and comply with the law and should act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.
2. (B) Outside Influence. A judge should not allow family, social, political, financial, or other relationships to influence judicial conduct or judgment. A judge should neither lend the prestige of the judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge or others nor convey or permit others to convey the impression that they are in a special position to influence the judge. A judge should not testify voluntarily as a character witness.
3. (C) Nondiscriminatory Membership. A judge should not hold membership in any organization that practices invidious discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, or national origin.

Domestic Violence is a serious offense. Recently, NFL Player Ray Rice was banned from the NFL and it is very unfair that a Judge can beat his wife and leave cuts on her face and walk away with a slap on his wrist.  "Mrs. Fuller said her husband was drunk and that he pulled her hair, hit and kicked her and threw her down." 

This is an injustice to not only the position he holds but to all Women.  Judge Fuller needs to be impeached as soon as possible to send a message to all domestic violence victims.

Kevin Elkins incendiary statements for Ratings, promote and incite violence!

Kevin Elkins is a radio talk show host who is not only is a sexist, race baiting, uneducated individual he is a bully. Because I spoke out against how our educational system is run amongst other issues in this corrupt city of Montgomery he is bullying those who stand in my defense. I did go on another radio talk show and asked the Manager of the radio station not to allow him to come to his radio show when he is let go off of his current show because he is stupid. From that he posted a blog on Facebook about what I said. I have no problem with that however when a woman stood in my defense he attacked her with words that in my opinion could cause a crazy follower of his to attack her or even me. As a public figure in the media he should be mindful of his words and choose them wisely. Lest we forget Cong. Gifford's shooting! After Palin posted a map with crosshairs on them it incited a nut to go out and shoot her. Gov. Palin had a map with crosshairs for those districts to target in 2010. Is this comparable? Am I making too much of this? No. We cannot shortchange individuals who promote violence because they don't agree with them. Below is the Facebook conversation between Elkins and the female. Mr. Elkins timeout for Silly Season,Stupid!

I called Kevin Elkins of talk radio (Capitol Buzz) Stupid on WKXN talk show because it is my opinion that he is. I said it because he doesn't deliver anything other than: 1)He's a Black Man Trapped in a White Man's Body 2) he says he only believes in Logic & Reason - If so it is his and his only.

Prior to me calling Elkins stupid I said that we are living in serious times in this city, county, state and US. We don't have time for stupidity. I have a low tolerance for stupidity. I don't get kicks off of playing games, belittling,demoralizing,demonizing individuals for ratings. It is amazing tho' that he made the following post about me on FB:"Kevin Elkins

It shows how he exudes Feminine Energy. I don't talk the talk, I walk the walk. What does he think talk radio is about-----how about TALK! If they put guests on who are elected officials or community activists etc then we question them on accountability but it is His friend then we the audience have a problem. I attend Board of Education Meetings. I hold community meetings regarding education and it just didn't start with Supt. Barbara Thompson I was doing this in GA however when I moved to AL I started as well.
Another reason why I call him stupid is because he is, he doesn't research just spew out negative remarks with a couple of words he Googled or used his Thesaurus to get antonym or synonym to elude the audience of his intelligence.

Elkins I am not raising sand only about Barbara Thompson I am raising sand about Supt. Barbara Thompson & MPS Board Members because I attend the meetings and listen to the day to day lies. I read the documents and research to find out the ineptness on several issues that I guess since you don't know are unaware and cannot speak on these things. I have a serious issue with accountability and the financial irresponsibility of this Supt. & Board. I met personally with Supt. Thompson and often send e-mails to Supt. and MPS Board Members which usually do not have replies. Again I say talk what you know. None of our traditional HS made AYP that's an issue to voice concern and use logic and reasoning about well how did they make it as far as HS and cannot make Adequate Yearly Progress none of the High Schools(traditional not magnet). Well when the Supt. in December 2010 didn't make a decision to pay the teachers not until the upteenth hour before Christmas it causes low morale, February the Teachers were on Pink Slip alert and scares with the school closing/consolidation reports,community meetings yet the decision was made last year according to the SIG Grant pg. 5 & 12 on some of the schools. So again I say what logic and reasoning are you using?

Whenever I call in to the Capitol Buzz radio show (AM1440) I usually have some stats,facts,research completed as foundation on the issue. Personal feelings in addition to facts = my ability to be as emphatically passionate about whatever issue I take on. Just as you are passionate about the military I am about a plethora(many) of social injustices.

Elkins incites racism and sexism on a daily basis and when he is let go I told Roscoe Miller of WKXN not to allow him to come over to his radio station with that stupidity. We use talk radio for empowerment & education not to have this man child to figure out that he is Black in a Black man's body and to face facts. I have little tolerance for stupidity. This is not Silly Season Mr. Elkins. I have no problem letting you know or anybody else to their face. I am not just talking the talk for your information I attend meetings, write letters, protest, give praise, recognize, appreciate and thank individuals equally. When you get your mind right hollah. Oh I wonder what the Capitol Buzz sponsors think about you inciting all of this tomfoolery racism and sexism? I may have to ask them and blog their answers.

Tea bagger Over brewed!

Tea Party Rep. Joe Walsh who often criticizes Pres. Obama on not being fiscally responsible finds himself in more than boiling water. No matter how much cream, sugar, or lemon added this Tea Party Congressman has been over brewed which should be distasteful to all no matter which party you belong. It is alleged that he owes more than $100,000 in unpaid child support, well ain’t that calling the pot calling the kettle black? Rep. Walsh said in a video that went viral,” “I won’t place one more dollar of debt upon the backs of my kids and grandkids unless we structurally reform the way this town spends money!” Walsh starts the video by saying, “President Obama, quit lying. Have you no shame, sir? In three short years, you’ve bankrupted this country.” My,oh my Rep. Walsh sounded a little steamed at the President about the debt while he has placed more than $100k on the backs of his wife and mother of his children and his own children. She filed for divorce in December. While he continues to brew over Pres. Obama’s presidency he forgot that he hasn’t paid his debt to his own society of children. No worries, Rep, Walsh will be out of hot water soon because due to redrawing congressional boundaries, he’s been mapped Walsh out of his district. We shall see if he steeps over this.
